Your responsibilities may include:

Providing community access and social support.
Assisting with personal care where required.
Supporting participants with daily living activities.
Transporting participants to appointments, shopping, and recreational activities.
Assisting with meal preparation and healthy living.
Supporting participants to develop life skills and independence.
Maintaining accurate progress notes and incident reports.
Building positive, respectful relationships with participants, families, and other professionals.
Following participant support plans and organisational policies.
